Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25, 1970) is an American actress. She is best known for her character of Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and as Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. Anne Dudek is an American actress best known for playing Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy film White Chicks. She was also well known as The Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House and Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek was raised and born in Massachusetts. She attended Northwestern University, where her debut performance as an actor was on stage was in a production called The Iphigenia Cycle. The show was a Broadway production that went off-Broadway and New York City where she was awarded the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was named one of the ten young theatre actors to watch in American Theater Magazine. Dudek was eventually offered parts on TV and the large screen. Matthew Heller, the talented actress, mother of two behind the camera, was her husband from 2007 to 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts on March 22 1975, but grew up in Newton. In her early career, she was a student in Northwestern University. During this period, she performed in many theater productions in addition to performances on Broadway. She later won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her performance on The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy she appeared in. Since then, she's guest-starred in a variety of TV shows including Desperate housewives, Friends of How I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. In the pilot of Psych the actress was Lucinda and In Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in an affair with her student. Dudek then got a role as Amber Volakis, one of 40 physicians that was Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent jobs on his staff. The character first appeared in Season 4 of the show. She continued to portray her character throughout the entire season, however she died in the head of Wilson and in the House's heart episode, which was a two-part series finale. House will later see her as a distorted model of herself in the five-season episode Saviors. Dudek appeared later as a character on Mad Men, as the neighbor who lived next to Francine Hanson. In addition, she was the antagonistic spouse of Alby Grant on Big Love. Both roles were repeated. Dudek played the role of a woman as a character in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of the main character. She has also appeared in movies playing the role of cruise-line heir Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
